Strategic Internet Investments Incorporated (the "Company") announces that construction operation have commenced at the Dream Island site located in Manamah, Bahrain. This initial phase of work consists of the construction of a temporary causeway to provide access from the coast to the offshore site of the future island location. Large haulage trucks have begun transporting and dumping quarry stone to create the temporary causeway from which access will be gained to the island site. Once the temporary causeway has been completed, near the beginning of October 2004, work will commence on the creation of the Dream Island perimeter which will establish the outside perimeter of the future offshore island and thereafter reclamation dredging operations will commence to move sand into the perimeter thereby creating the Dream Island site. It is anticipated that the island will be created upon the completion of dredging operations before the end of April 2005.

The Dream Island Resort Complex is to be a 16.5 hectare (41 acre) man-made island approximately 250 meters offshore along the northeast coast of Manama, Bahrain. The project will be mixed-use resort development, comprised of a world-class hotel and Spa, Beach Villas and Marina Residence. Dream Island will be a self contained resort with world-class facilities including an aquarium, swimming pools, a full entertainment centre, water park, bowling alley, ice skating palace, boutiques, restaurants and cafes.
