B.C. - July 30, 2002 - Strategic Internet Investments, Incorporated
(OTC:BB:SIII) is pleased to announce that a Letter of Understanding(LOU)
has been completed with Aegis Systems Inc.("Aegis")
of Vernon, British Columbia to market the proprietary security
technology owned and developed by Aegis Systems Inc., within
the Middle East Region.
Aegis's
technology enables truly secure digital communications, data
security and absolute user authentication. Aegis's 'Skyhook'
security solutions products render servers unhackable and create
private online e-mail and wireless communications by forming
an impenetrable barrier to unauthorized access. They offer seamless
and absolute authentication and at the same time secure data
transmission based on the results of the authentication. 'Skyhook'
products also holds the promise to eliminate identity theft
and credit card fraud.
Pursuant
to the LOU, Strategic and Aegis would create and jointly own
a corporation to market the Aegis technology products within
the Middle East Region by forming partnerships with selected
business associates of Strategic who are presently located and
operating in various Middle Eastern countries. Initial funding
for the jointly owned marketing corporation will be provided
by Strategic. Aegis will provide exclusive rights to market
the Aegis technology in the selected countries and will guarantee
that these rights will be maintained indefinitely, subject only
to mutually acceptable performance of the jointly owned corporation.

terms and conditions of this LOU will be incorporated into more
comprehensive agreements as required. Additional information
