VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 27, 2001--The Ohio &
Southwestern Energy Company (the ``Company'') - publicly traded on the OTCBB

- news) - today announced
that the Company has adopted and registered in the State of Colorado, a trade
name and henceforth will be doing business as ``Strategic Internet Investments,
Incorporated.''
Strategic Internet Investments Incorporated is the parent company of
