The Ohio & Southwestern Energy Company's affiliate(1), Strategic Profits
Inc. (SPI), a secure payment service provider since 1997, announced today that
ViaVid Broadcasting, Inc. (``ViaVid''),(OTC BB:VVDB
- news), a leading provider
of financial webcasts, yesterday released news that it is distributing broadband
content to Excite for @Home, the leader in broadband, as part of Excite for
@Home's Personal Finance and ClickVideo channels.
Under the agreement, the weekly program ``Mike Talks About Money'', a
partnership between ViaVid and Strategic Profits Inc., will now be made
available to Excite for @Home's 700,000 broadband subscriber households across
Canada.

``Mike Talks About Money''. He is best known as the host of Canada's top rated
