Strategic Internet Investments, Incorporated is a publicly traded Company listed on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol SIII.

OSWE is pursuing business opportunities in the rapidly developing e-commerce industry. To that end, in August 2000, OSWE's first acquisition indirectly secured the rights to 40% of the outstanding shares of Strategic Profits Inc., (SPI), a Canadian based e-commerce company operating under the name and web site address of communitystorefronts.com. OSWE holds an option to purchase an additional 35% of the outstanding shares of SPI. If and when the option is exercised OSWE will own a 75% controlling interest in SPI.

OSWE is excited about its first acquisition and has a great deal of confidence in the team that Catherine Clarke Luckhurst, President and CEO of Strategic Profits Inc., has assembled at SPI. Over the past six years the SPI team has made very significant advancements in their business with limited capital during the private stage. With SIII as a major shareholder and the funding vehicle for SPI, we anticipate rapid development of the SPI business plan and expect many significant developments for both OSWE and SPI over the next year and well into the future.

These services include on-line educational training, consulting, web hosting, web design, database development, shopping cart, PayPaqÔ solutions, e-tax receipting, Internet business and marketing strategies required to help merchants, not-for-profits and registered charities go on-line and achieve their goals. SPI packages their products for small, medium, large, government and educational institutions, not-for-profits and registered charities and are of the highest quality, at the lowest price available.

SPI has recently launched their new Canada Customs & Revenue Agency (CCRA) approved e-tax receipting program that was successfully beta tested with CARE, a world wide charity organization. CCRA is Canada's equivalent to the U.S. Internal Revenue Service. SPI has just released the beta version of their new automated billing technology to roll out with its new PayPaqÔ payment systems. Early 1999, SPI moved into application development of their e-solutions platform, applications and payment service technology to meet the market needs as requested by its customer base.

In early 2001 SPI completed their payment system upgrade to Verifone's payworks 3 clear commerce platform. The new systems are hosted in the Telus state-of-the-art data center located in Calgary, Alberta. February 1, 2001 saw the culmination of the efforts in establishing the alliance between Telus, Hewlett Packard and SPI in rolling out the new e-payment solutions under the co-branded name of PayPaqÔ.
